Lucky Mongwe is a community activist and a youth leader. He holds an undergraduate degree in Politics as well as an Honours Degree in Public Management and Governance, both from the University of Johannesburg. His Honours research paper was a critical analysis of South Africa as a developing state. Lucky participated in the Service Delivery Committee at the Pimville Golf Course, and also served in various positions as a youth leader. He is passionate about youth and community development and is often involved in genuine community struggles. Lucky is also a former member of the Pimville Steering Committee for Developmental Projects. He aspires that the ASRI Future Leaders Programme will enhance his level of understanding of government policies, and develop him to become a prominent leader in the future.
